I request a Commercial Assistant
Our Institution is a language center ( www.interlanguage.com.pe ) in growth and we need a person who takes over the functions of Commercial Assistant. The person must have management of English to an advanced level, with studies in teaching English as a second language. Master Office: Word and Excel at the user level. Must be a lady with proactivity and seriousness in the performance of functions assigned.
The work schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, from with 01 hour of break and Saturdays from . The work is in the district of La Molina, that is why it is desirable that the selected person lives in neighboring districts close to La Molina district. The salary is S/. 1,500 soles a month more commissions. The tasks that the selected person will have to perform are:
Organize the agenda of the Director.
Call by phone to Companies that are potential customers and take appointments for that the Sales Exectuve attend them.
Answer the calls from people interested in courses in English and offer the various packages that our Language Center has in portafolio.
Coordinate with the clients and the teachers to monitor that classes are dictated to the contracted hours.
Call to customers and to follow up on quality of service.
Follow up on the potential clients who send their request via email or by phone. Occasionally exit to field to perform tasks assigned to it by the Director.
And other tasks that the Director assign to her.
