Requirements:
· Have at least FCE qualifications
· Be dynamic and have the ability to inspire
· Be interested in your students and care about their progress
· Engage in on-going professional development
· Participate and contribute to a harmonious work environment that encourages cooperation and team work
· Computer literate
· Experience working with teenagers and adults in small groups (not larger than 12 students per classroom)
